Wetland vegetation Komuke-ko Communities of Alnus japonica-Phragmites communis, Carex rhynchophysa, Typha latifolia, Scirpus tabernaemontani, Menyanthes trifoliata and Trapa natans var. japonica.
Shorebirds Komuke-ko Many bird species are observed in large population sizes during the spring and autumn migrating seasons. Visitation of more than 1% of the minimum estimated population of Phalaropus lobatus and more than 0.25% of that of Charadrius mongolus, Numenius phaeopus and Calidris alpina has been recorded. Visitation of Eurynorhynchus pygmeus, Himantopus himantopus, Tringa totanus, Numenius madagascariensis and Gallinago hardwickii (all RDB species) has also been recorded.
Geese and ducks Komuke-ko Stopover sites of Cygnus cygnus, Anas acuta and A. penelope.
Benthos Komuke-ko Habitat of Crassostrea gigas and Pandalus kessleri.
