Lakes and marshes Insects Usoriyama-ko This lake supports Orthetrum albistylum speciosum whose color turns into black when matured. The wetlands and sandy grounds on the lakeshore support Enallagma circulatum, Micracanthia hasegawai, Pseudovelia esakii, Cicindela sachalinensis, Bembidion negrei, Potamonectes simplicipes and Pronegastrius lewisi. The Shozu-gawa (river) that flows out of the lake hosts Aphelocheirus vittatus.
