Located at the back of the Kataburu-hama beach,
this wetland extends approximately 1km from east to west and supports
many aquatic and semi-aquatic insects including dragonflies. It
also supports unique insects including Hemiptera species
such as Laccotrephes maculatus, and a species parasitic on
hygrophytes. |
