Seaweed communities primarily consisting of species of Laminariales and Sargassaceae. Habitat of Ecklonia cava, Sargassum piluliferum, Eisenia bicyclis and an undescribed, closely related species to Sargassum siliquastrum. This site has not been affected by the occurrence of rocky-shore denudation in the neighboring areas. Submarine forests are formed. (Note): Attention must be paid as there is a high possibility that these seaweed beds are feeding grounds of green turtle Chelonia mydas. |
