[Miura-kaigan (beach) and Koajiro-wan (bay)]: Habitat of Zostera caulescens.
[Ena-wan, Ooura-kaigan, and Miura-kaigan]: Habitat of Zostera japonica.

Otawa-wan Habitat of Zostera marina, Z. caulescens, Z. japonica, Eisenia bicyclis, Ecklonia kurome, Ecklonia cava, a closely related species to Sargassum macrocarpum, Ulva pertusa, U. fasciata and Halophila ovalis (possibly northern limit).
Benthos Koajiro-wan This site contains an extremely well preserved series of natural topographies that occur as a water system that consists of a river running among natural forests, an estuary and an inlet. Amphidromous animals such as Chiromantes haematocheir and Eriocheir japonicus abound in the bay.
Benthos Ena-wan Inlet tidal flat with salt marshes dominated by Phragmites communis communities. Habitat of Batillaria cumingii, Macrophthalmus japonicus and Ilyoplax pusilla.
